Cert IV in SBM - update #4

Good news !
I've received the material to do unit 10 of my Small Business Management course.
I started on it today. So, it would seem that things are back on track.
This unit is delivered by a different lecturer (trainer), so no problems there, hopefully.

Cert IV in SBM - update #3

Things have progressed well with my complaint to the uni.
The complaint was escalated to Head of School.
Amongst other things, he has decided that -
- the questions which "seemed" to be compromised,
  will be replaced with some others,
  in the assessment which I had submitted
  for the latest unit.
- I will be given a new lecturer (trainer) for this unit
  and the rest of the course.
- I will be given support and time
  to allow me to finish the course.

This is a big relief for me,
but, I will have to see how things actually go........
Here's hoping, that things go smoothly.
