Work on my course will be continuing over Christmas
and then on into the early part of 2015.

Cert IV in SBM - update #4

Good news !
I've received the material to do unit 10 of my Small Business Management course.
I started on it today. So, it would seem that things are back on track.
This unit is delivered by a different lecturer (trainer), so no problems there, hopefully.

Cert IV in SBM - update #3

Things have progressed well with my complaint to the uni.
The complaint was escalated to Head of School.
Amongst other things, he has decided that -
- the questions which "seemed" to be compromised,
  will be replaced with some others,
  in the assessment which I had submitted
  for the latest unit.
- I will be given a new lecturer (trainer) for this unit
  and the rest of the course.
- I will be given support and time
  to allow me to finish the course.

This is a big relief for me,
but, I will have to see how things actually go........
Here's hoping, that things go smoothly.

Cert IV in SBM, update #2

Studying for my course in Small Business Management

is at a standstill at the moment,

as a problem has surfaced.

I submitted my latest assessment to my new lecturer,

and in his feedback he gave me the actual answers to 

some of the questions.

Then he asked me to re-submit the assessment, 

which I've refused to do.

As, he has given me the answers, 

that would mean I would be cheating.

I have now lodged a formal complaint with the Uni

about this.

So, I can only see how this goes...............

Study - Cert IV in SBM,update

Hi all,
My Certificate IV in Small Business Management is going well so far.
I've done six units. I've passed 5 that I know of. And I'm on to the seventh at the moment. There are 10 in all.
It's very interesting and challenging at the same time.
It makes a person think about their own business or prospective business in a thorough objective way, including key processes that are involved in running the business in general.
This also includes links to and application of legislative requirements.
Exhausting sometimes, but good !

Study - Cert IV in Small Business Management

I have just started studying the course,
Certificate IV in Small Business Management,
offered through
the Charles Darwin University,
in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia.
It looks very interesting,
and will be of great value to me
in applying it to my business,
Dochas Books Film.
It will take a year for me to do.
