Hi Everyone,

Due to the COVID-19 situation, The Ritz Cinemas of Randwick, Sydney, Australia, had to (hopefully temporarily) close their doors. They are due to re-open on Wed 1 July 2020, with COVID-19 restrictions in place. 

While they've been closed, they set up a film streaming platform, called RITZ AT HOME, on their website, which can be accessed through the link above.

I have established an account at this portal, and have enjoyed watching a few films already. It's a quality product.

So, if you are interested and are in a position to be able to, give them a go.

I don't know if it can be accessed by customers outside Australia, but you never know.

COVID - 19  UPDATE

Locally -

The Randwick Library,
has closed it's walk-in service, but online access is up.

Woolworths and Coles,
the large supermarket food stores are open as usual,
though  7am - 8am  is now dedicated to the elderly and disabled only.
Many items are not present on the shelves, notably toilet paper, and meat (when I went in),
but many items still are.
Some items are unrestricted,
some restricted to 2 per customer,
some restricted to 1 per customer.
                                                                                 
The Ritz Cinema,
is functioning with restricted hours,
and are moving over to cashless registers,
but otherwise the same as usual.

I'm happy to announce,
that I have finished
printing and binding,
a master copy
of a book that I wrote
in 2015 - 2016.

It's an educational, reference manual
of theory and basic recipes / methods
aimed at the beginner
who would like to cook
in the Celtic Australian style.
But, it's also useful
for more advanced practitioners.

Most of this information
                                                                                    is freely available
                                                                                    on the internet already.
                                                                                    I have just compiled it into a form
                                                                                    that I can understand and access easily.
                                                                         
                                                                                    At present, this is only for my own use.
                                                                                    And most of the information and recipes
                                                                                    are, as yet, untested !!
                                                                       
                                                                                    But, onwards and upwards !!
